“Leon look at me,” He tried to prevent his voice from breaking but he managed to make it stern later on. It pained the angel to see Leon like this, afraid, and confused. It’s like a little kid lost his mom at an amusement park, and deep down the angel felt helpless, he wasn’t sure what to do now. Both of them didn’t know what to do at this moment.. “It’s over now, you’re not dreaming, this is real.” He inhaled deep, before forcing Leon’s palm to the side of his face. “I’m real.”

Leon felt the angel’s hand on his cheek and looked right back into his eyes. Why was this calming him down so badly? He found himself just staring at the angel like a zombie for a long moment. Leon could almost feel his breath on his lips as they were sitting so close. “I…” he trailed off, not really sure what to say. “I just… have to,” he couldn’t finish before letting his head fall onto Castiel’s shoulder and rest on it.
